This is 5 RED MICKEYS: The world of heroism. When the castle crumbles, who is left to inhibit it? The corpses of the castle walk back and forth in this game. You can meet an incredible array of characters who will surely entertain you. All characters are written by genius developer Bastian G. Neumann.
I am Bastian G Neumann. I have always had a fascination with hero characters. The strong resilient warriors which take up our dreams. I made this game as a homage to heroism and resilience in the face of peril. I have been working on this game for 5 years. I hope it will be worth the effort. I am a strong minded and strong individual. I have faced numerous trials in my life contributing to the gameplay experience. I am from Europe (Germany/Deutschland) please understand the spelling might not be perfect. You are in the presence of a majestic and fantastic developer. I am thankful and happy you play my game. The button A makes you go left. The button D makes you go right. The button W makes you go up. The button S makes you go down. The button E lets your interact. The button Left Arrow makes you go left. The button Right Arrow makes you go right. The button Up Arrow makes you go up. The button Down Arrow makes you go down. There are other buttons as well.
This game can likely run on your computer as it is running on the web. It requires no specific hardware specifications in order to be played. The game consists of JB-RPG (JBastian-RPG) elements like Earthbound and Undertale. If you've played a video game before, you are sure to like this one. I have no idea how you can make something so visually indistinguishable from a Jake Clover/spooner game yet completely fail to capture why the original worked to begin with. There is little to no substance other than the faux aesthetic value and IHATE YOU

idk what happend but at the area after the ball jumping segment when I interacted with the screen
(where the dog appears if you know what I mean)I pressed e when the cutscene started(I asume it was a cutscene)I got kicked out of the game,when I opened the game again I started at the begining.
also the ball jumping segment is frustating,I kept falling down or going to to high but maybe that´s a skill isssue on my end
on a positive note I love the graphics and the animation and the fishing game was also pretty fun:)
note:I have not finished the game because of the bug so take my opinion with a grain of salt

Really hoping this gets picked up by some youtubers to give it attention. Its short but interesting and there feels like there has to be stuff I'm missing despite doing another run with the other name.
Not going to spoil anything but I unpacked the files with vpk edit and there was text I couldn't find ingame so unless its fully unused there HAS to be something im missing and im super curious as to what triggers it. I'm just not sure how to pull on any of the threads i got currently.

Well I've ran through it a few more times and really just don't know what to do anymore and its pretty slow to get through if you wanna do one thing different. Theres a few mentions to a "Craziness" values in the scripts which i assume is a undertale type fun value but I can't find anything on how to change it, At first i assumed it was the main menu mickeys but, that doesn't do anything. My best guess is beating the game the first time just perma locked that value into something and now I'm locked out of the room right after the barrels (mummy blocks it unlike first playthrough) but I dunno anymore
Still a few things that dont make sense but no idea on if they actually have anything more to them
Still cool game though

ether way really cool and bizzare game, i didnt like the physics on the ball bouncing part tho (i meant that you bounce off balls in one section i didnt meant it in a werid way)

Rosa at the beginning said she was so happy she was "turning red" so i think when mickey 5 turned red at the end it means he was happy. very cool ending

BTW - I have a issue/bug to report, which unfortunately forced me to quit the game towards the end… Too bad there’s no save- or checkpoints!
When I arrived to the second(?) playable 3D-segment with the directional arrow controls, the game suffered such severe frame-drops and glitching graphics that I couldn’t proceed. I could make out a skull on a monitor-screen and some lamps(?) from all the flashing and choppy mess, but that’s about it. Couldn’t find a way to progress in that state.
I was running the Linux-build on ancient hardware so that might have something to do with it. There’s probably something in that particular scene that fried up my potato! 🥔
The earlier dungeon-crawling scene didn’t seem to cause any issues tho.

I think around 250MB? largest file was 198MB
